It's so frustrating when you are blogging about tips and you want to express how to write code. The problem arises when the code in the description is read as code and thus, not displayed.
Instead of getting
<a href="http://shakespereblogs.blogspot.com/">Visit Shakespere </a> You are getting this
Here are some ways to display your code.
One way is to replace the < and >
Here is a site that will 'encode' your code for you.
So, Visit Kubricks's Pick
looks like Visit <a href="http://kubrickspick.org">Kubricks's Pick</a>
All they did was add the symbols for the greater and less than sign. But, they do it for you which is worth the saved link.
Here is another site that will generate the code for you.
So that Blogger Dashboard
will look like <a href="http://www.blogger.com/home">Blogger Dashboard</a>
My last suggestion is to do what many coders do to show their code.
They will create a text box that will contain the html code.
The code will look like this ;
You would need to adjust the rows and columns to your needs of course.
