Twitter seems to be the latest thing that everyone is talking about. Twitter is a service for friends, family, and co–workers to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question.  Quite simply put, you update what you're doing via the method of your choice. Those who care, use a tool to read it. Developers can use the API to make Twitter tools of their own.   
  
In order to use Twitter you will need one of these things: an internet connection or a mobile phone.
