What makes you visit a blog?
Many people visit a blog because they searched for a topic and 10,000 results popped up, including yours. How do you make that person come to your blog and stay long enough to read and want to come back?

Make it different or unique. I don't mean reinvent the wheel. I mean take the popular topic and tweak it slightly to make it different or interesting. There may be 3,000 blogs on bird watching. However, if your blog is about bird watching at the White House, you've go something different from everyone else's bird watching blog.

Making your blog unique is really nice when someone does a search on something specific and you are the only one who can answer the call. IF someone searched for bird watching at the White House, guess which bird watching blog would come up quickly in the results.
