Currently on draft.blogger.com the limit for importing a blog is 1M, however, we are working on correcting this issue. — latest update on Friday, June 27, 2008

Blogs that require a word verification (CAPTCHA) for each post cannot schedule posts to publish in the future. Those posts will be saved as drafts.
