Has EntreCard shot itself in the foot?

EntreCard droppers have been dropping out. Many of them have blogged about displeasure over the new paid advertising system. Among the complaints;

• Jammed Inboxes.
• Non-Approved Ads Showing Up.
• Member Credit Ads Not Showing.
• Not actually knowing specifically how much you will or could make and how.
• Paid ads going to the head of the widget order.
  

Many of the members have taken advantage of the ability to refuse the paid ads.

This is seen on many sidebars.


Out of fairness to my regular droppers, I will no longer accept 'paid' advertising.

What it means is that hard working droppers who want to advertise in the widget on a particular site, will be given priority over advertisers.
